  • Serving as the single point of contact with the field service and other internal partners for all logistics and inventory related questions/concerns.
  • Communicates regularly and pro-actively with internal partners regarding status of shipments and in case of discrepancies, work with couriers on fastest resolution.
  • Work in conjunction and communicate with logistics providers to arrange collections.
  • Review, follow-up and resolution of open orders.
  • Arrange for parts orders cancellations.
  • Review, follow up and resolution of parts returned with non-conforming quality.
  • Review and follow up on manufacturing alerts, parts set up and parts escalations.
  • System maintenance of drop point addresses.
  • Trouble shooting of operational issues on logistics movements.
  • Data reporting (KPI’s, Scorecards) on focus areas to direct management.

  • Previous work experience in a similar environment/in customer service role.
  • Excellent problem solving, time management & communication skills
  • Adaptable to work in a challenging, fast paced andchanging working environment.
  • Team player who can fit seamlessly into an existing teamand is able to provide support to the team when needed.
  • Outstanding Excel knowledge
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Project Manager - Modularlocated inBlackburn, UK.

Reporting to theProject Manager - Modularrole involves managing high value modular projects of high complexity, in order to meet performance indicators (quality, delivery, cost etc.)


What a typical day looks like:

  • Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing projects from Sales handover to full completion.
  • Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.
  • Review project production schedules and identify any problem areas.
  • Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
  • Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
  • Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.
  • Deliver Projects to specification, on time, on schedule, in line with the company standards of Quality and Safety and to budget to maximize the profits of the company.
  • Manage multiple projects taking full ownership and responsibility.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to required timescales & cost restrictions.
  • Control, monitor and manage assigned projects to include regular reporting against plans & where necessary intervening to ensure a timely delivery.
  • Ensure effective, timely & appropriate solutions are developed, communicated & implemented to fulfil the business requirement.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with the client, colleagues and any other associated third party.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Return monthly applications & invoicing to the financial team on time and prepare final accounts with Accounts department.
  • Provide concise & accurate reports to the Senior Projects Team Lead as and when required.
  • Promote, develop, and always extend any business of the company and in all respects conform to and comply with the proper and reasonable directions and regulations of the company.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of Data Centre electrical & mechanical infrastructure and associated equipment.
  • Experience of electrical infrastructure and distribution equipment, for example RMUs, Power Transformers, MV & LV Switchgear, UPS Systems and general electrical principles.
  • Experience of Cooling solutions, for example CRAC/CRAH units, Split A/C Systems, DX, water cooled and free-cooling systems.
  • Experience of fire detection and suppression systems.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years project management/project engineering experience.
  • Proven experience in project management within manufacturing, construction, mechanical, electrical or similar.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and conscientious with a very high standard of attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment, demonstrating flexibility.

Reporting to thethe Project Coordinator will be tasked with assisting the Project Managers on a variety of projects across the globe. This is an autonomous role where you will need to be able to multi-task and manage your time effectively.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Coordinating different activities across various projects to support the Project Managers

  • Generate and update project documentation and collate information for reporting purposes

  • Assist in planning of meetings and FAT’s

  • Scheduling and organising travel arrangements for the team

  • Manage project documentation for major projects using client protocols and systems

  • Create Project Management tables following project kick off meetings

  • Ensure all project work requests are properly managed and regularly update all involved parties on the project status

  • Taking on small scale projects as and where required

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable in the use of MS Office. Use of any project planning software would be beneficial

  • Ability to organise own workload and use initiative

  • Confident under pressure and able to handle multifaceted objectives

  • High level of organisation. Efficient with thorough methods of working

  • Occasional travel may be required
