- Drive the early planning, development, and lifecycle management of new product portfolio to ensure commercial success in a competitive market from a value access perspective.
- Key responsibilities
- Proactively monitor external environment, customers, and competitors to identify access opportunities for new product portfolio.
- Analyze unmet needs and market access dynamics in new target therapeutic areas for pipeline products.
- Identify value evidence needs and provide inputs to global R&D, value evidence generation, and access strategy planning from a China access perspective, and support global execution of relevant studies in China.
- Timely provide input to cross-functional teams based on local access policies and dynamics.
- Build long-term relationships with KOLs and industry associations in access.
- Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Health Economics, and Pharmacy Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, deep knowledge of drug development processes, market access policies and HEOR. Experience in supporting new products is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical skills with Strategic thinking. Exceptional English and communication skills.
