Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
One year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Supply Chain Management: Inventory management, Logistics timelines and customers’ supply chain capabilities for purchasing recommendations.
Forecasting: Ability to create demand and supply projections using statistical methods, historical data, current trends, and qualitative business insights.
Excel (Advanced): Be able to create Pivot Tables, Graphs/Charts as well as create complex formulas such as to handle large sets of data.
Software Proficiency: Knowledgeable in SAP and SAP Business Objects to extract large sets of data.
Project Management: Managing process improvement using Lean Six Sigma fundamentals.
Executive Communication: Proficient in articulating complex ideas and strategies in presentations or written form to executive stakeholders.
Negotiation: Experience in leveraging data analysis to persuade stakeholders
Spanish language: Native knowledge or proficiency in speaking, writing and reading
