In this role, you will:
Mitigate risk by accurately executing upon due diligence screening within agreed upon time frames
Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk screening deliverables.
Assist with screening operational activities outside of standard work queue as needed including but not limited to workflow management, business continuity, data gathering, analysis, etc.
Provide subject matter knowledge, leveraging solid understanding of screening function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, to assist with process walkthroughs, procedure reviews, testing engagements, and transformation activities.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, managers to resolve screening process and production related issues.
Review and analyze screening processes and controls for improvement opportunities.
Participate in focus group opportunities to assist with screening improvement efforts.
Partner with senior consultants to aid in training facilitation, quality review, and post training support for new screening consultants.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, managers and internal and external customers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Aggregate, evaluate and report results and escalate where necessary
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Due Diligence experience, or equivalent (including risk management, client service, operations support, or business process management) demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of BSA/AML programs
Ability to easily adapt and be agile
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing priorities
Strong analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy
Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
Job Expectations:
Ability to work the hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week
