Core Responsibilities:

• Business case and opportunity sizing for select global initiatives to enable exec evaluation and prioritization
• Finance business partner supportfor global partner strategy development, planning and engagement. Collaborate with senior business partners to define and analyze critical business and financial goals to drive accountability and influence critical decision making.
• Partner on Commercial Strategy & pricing
  for key partnerships. Support pricing analysis and benchmarking to develop playbooks incl. rate cards.
• Research & analysis
  : Conduct and/or lead key qualitative (e.g., primary research, synthesis of secondary data sources) and quantitative (e.g., Excel modelling) analysis in support of deliverables
• Financial planning:
  Drive accountability on financial goals across P&L. Manage complex financial models to support forecasting and annual budgeting exercises.

Required Qualifications and candidate profile:

• 5-10 years of progressive experience at a strategy consulting firm, business development and/or strategic finance team
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA/Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field a bonus
• Experience in financial services (particularly payments), technology and/or e-commerce preferred
• Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility over time
• World class strategic and analytical thinking, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple sources of information (quantitative and qualitative) to solve complex problems in a structured, data-driven way
• Strong financial modeling skills and deep understanding of commercial negotiation.
• Superior communications (verbal, prose, PowerPoint) and influencing skills
• Track record of delivering tangible results
• Appetite to learn and comfortable with uncertainty
