This role is responsible for wing-to-wing execution of large projects lifecycle to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and external customers, ensuring customer’s satisfaction. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, and drive cross-functional coordination with order management, sales, project management, logistics, customs, sourcing, service deliver & operations, dealer teams and turnkey vendors to deliver project outcomes on time, within scope and budget, and of desired quality.You will ensure project management practices are followed and improved as needed, and responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts and/or customer obligations.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide delivery leadership and responsibility for large projects, managing all activities of projects execution including scope, time, and contract, through project management steps: initiating, planning (scoping), executing, monitoring, and controlling and closing.
  • Responsible for project strategy and methodologies including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a liaison between internal/external organizations and customers, own the customer relationship, customer communication and contribute to the overall business strategy
  • Support project execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required. Influence peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers
  • Identify risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks. Communicate throughout the project lifecycle: Status, changes, impact to other organization and projects, etc.
  • Ensuring that the execution of all projects are complied and safe.
  • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected and circled back into the organization as improvement areas.
  • Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrate project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, communication, and execution
  • Ability to work independently managing multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry
