Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience.

Associate's degree and 4+ years of recruiting experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of recruiting experience.

  • Responsible for manufacturing hiring needs, including mass recruitment activities during business ramp.

  • Provide HR operational support and guidance to both employees and supervisor / managers include off-boarding process.

  • Manage Application of work passes / renewal of passes / visa include work passes cancellation include managing Third party outsource services.

  • Monitor, prepare and brief the PRC employees on the employment contract renewal include 6 monthly medical examination.

  • Update employee particular change request include change shift, transfer, supervisor, or manager change.

  • e-Personal Info Verification and Approval via Workday & update MOM if any (such as Address / Passport / Contact number).

  • Quarterly Headcount audit and ensure all work process is compliance with auditable standard.

  • Repatriation arrangement for PRC employee.

  • Support the execution of training plan and course administration.

  • Other support such as

  • 1)Follow up on UDF / ABS notification.

  • 2)P/File Archiving for Resignation

  • 3)Invitation Letter if any

  • 4)Any other Ad hoc project
