The Role:
As aSales Development Principal Associatefor the Centralized Customer Development team, you will be a part of a team with world-class professionals to develop, test and implement strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. General Responsibilities:
This dynamic coaching role will be responsible for call listening to help teams achieve objectives for the organization. In addition::
Ongoing call listening and coaching with a focus on adherence to campaign intent, talking points, data logging and disposition outcomes.
Provide call listening evaluations and coaching to the leader and their associates on how to effectively communicate intent and drive action among customers.
Participate in the optimization of campaign talking points, seek required approvals and lead training calls.
Leverage campaign learnings and insights to develop and lead weekly trainings to further support the team’s development.
Work independently and seek out feedback and data to reflect on and improve the team's performance.
Assist with other Centralized Customer Development projects and initiatives as needed.
Provide Team leader coverage as needed.
An Ideal candidate possesses:
A strong interest in sales leadership and a desire to continue learning in a process based environment.
Strong communication, teamwork and influencing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Strong judgment, leadership and integrity.
Clear results orientation with a focus on achieving both short and long-term goals through coaching. Ability to drive and execute in a fluid environment while overseeing multiple projects and programs concurrently.
Successful track record managing projects/process, including training, and peer-to-peer coaching.
A desire to career path into a sales leadership role.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer development, marketing, leadership or peer-to-peer coaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1 year of leadership experience.
