Working Student (f/m/d):
- Develop and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills by writing and editing various communications assets for the entire CPIT organization
- Support in the creation and execution of communication plans
- Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Help to streamline internal administration and communication via optimization and automation processes
- Work with colleagues from other departments from all over the world in terms of communication and knowledge creation
- Work with communications colleagues of the Business Operations team and gain insights into the operations of one of the world’s leading IT organizations
- Organize and host meetings including preparation of meeting material, planning team building events or workshops

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university, or a university of applied sciences looking to gain hands-on experience and apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting.

- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration / Business Informatics / Marketing / Communications / Media
- Computer skills: Office 365 (Advanced – especially Teams, Sharepoint, Power Point)
- Language skills: Business fluent in English and German
- Hard skills: Time management, project management experience, experience in marketing brand or communicaion, and knowledge about the latest IT trends in general
- Soft skills: Team player, open-minded, detail-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable
- Nice-to-have: Graphic design tools, design experience with Adobe Suit and knowledge of AI solutions like Microsoft Copilot are a plus
