What you'll do
As working student (w/m/d) you will work closely with the People & Culture Business Partner colleagues by supporting program coordination and project planning, status updates and keeping track of deliverables. This includes but is not limited to:
- Support cross-functional initiatives and projects that enable the successful execution of SAP’s People Agenda in collaboration with other team members.
- Contribute to the team success by aligning the team around key deliverables
- Provide transparency into people KPIs with the right set of data and drive appropriate actions
- Share your ideas, be innovative and contribute to the open-minded and collaborative culture of the People & Culture Business Partner Team

- Master Student in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration/ Human Resources or equivalent
- Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance
- Analytical skills and ability to present data and content in a convincing way
