Key responsibilities of this role include:Managing interactive web solutions from inception to completionPreparing and delivering presentations to senior leaders about the effectiveness and outcomes of your projects and programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 3+ years relevant work experience
- Experience managing or leading interactive web production for a large, global organization,
- Ability to manage teams and lead people that support multiple business units
- Solid knowledge of instructional design and web content development processes, including typical time and resources needed to produce work on time, at a high quality, and to specification
- Exceptional program-and project- management skills and experience with the ability to oversee multiple projects with varying timelines
- Comfortable working with ambiguity; ability to flourish in an environment of constant change
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and impress effectively at all corporate levels
- Meticulous and passionate about the customer experience
- Understanding of base front-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, including familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of modern web accessibility
- Experience developing web content delivered via Learning Management Systems
- Understanding of SCORM and Tin Can/xAPI learning standards and specifications
Preferred Qualifications
- BA or BFA in Multimedia, eLearning, Graphic Design, UX or Product Design or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree in a related field a plus
- Experience with contact center training organizations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
- Familiarity with UX research and design processes
- Experience with web audio and video
- Exposure to AI usage in web-development projects
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,400 and $198,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
