• Leading QA efforts and serving as the primary liaison between our QA team and strategic customers.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between R&D and support teams, ensuring seamless workflows.
• Performing daily quality control tasks and building the necessary abilities to deliver consistent results.
• Building trust with customers by addressing their needs and ensuring product stability.
• Developing and improving testing processes to enhance the efficiency of release support workflows.

• Proficiency and experience in C# and Unity.
• Engineering skills required to work in a QA Environment.
• Fluent in Japanese.

• Effective written/verbal communication in English and able to communicate seamlessly with overseas teams in English.
• C++ development experience in a game production environment
• Knowledge of test and QA processes, showcasing a forward-thinking approach.
• Console development experience.
