This is a permanent position based in our Tokyo office. Travel is not required but you will have opportunities to attend conferences and visit customers.

• Efficiently provide technical support and solutions across Unity’s deployment platforms and variety of applications
• Tackle customer problems via online ticketing and any other appropriate communication medium
• Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure team success
• Maintain excellent relations between the Engine Support team and other departments within Unity

• Strong Japanese communication skills
• Unity Engine and C# programming experience
• High level of understanding of Unity Engine features such as Addressable and Netcode
• Debugging and profiling experience

• Experience in the developing and the shipping on Android / iOS / Steam / VR / XR / platform project
• C++ experience
• Experience in the networking programming
• Work Experience in the Games / Entertainment Industry
• High level of understanding of Graphics API (DirectX 12/Vulkan/Metal) and Shaders.

• International relocation support is not available for this position

This position requires the incumbent to have a sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language since the performance of the duties related to this position requires frequent and regular communication with colleagues and partners located worldwide and whose common language is English.
