Your role:
Implement clinical and sales strategies to drive solution adoption at assigned sites to meet targets, proactively identifying and addressing any barriers to adoption.
Offer clinical and technical product expertise, providing in-lab support and education to end-users to enhance product performance.
Monitor product usage, collect performance evidence, and resolve customer complaints and inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for sales support, coordinating logistics to enhance product awareness.
Manage communication with on-site stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and researchers, while providing feedback to Philips teams to improve product design and functionality.
You're the right fit if:
Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, with extensive clinical experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals, specifically in vascular surgery, interventional radiology, or interventional cardiology using single-use endovascular devices. Preference for experience in aortic endovascular repair.
Prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry, including medical devices or imaging equipment, is desirable.
Demonstrate hands-on ability to implement and communicate innovative solutions effectively, and manage assigned accounts by driving utilization, fostering customer relationships, and resolving issues.
Proven capability to work globally with international interactions, and willingness to travel extensively (65-70%) across nordic region and Germany for multi-site assignments.
Fluent in Swedesh and English; knowledge of Danish is an added advantage.
