Senior HR Project Management Specialist
As a Senior HR Project Management Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving and overseeing HR initiatives and projects related to the Payroll and Time & Attendance portfolio. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex HR projects, programs, and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and achievement of desired outcomes. You will report directly to our Digital HR Director and work out of our Bangalore, India location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact Honeywell by improving efficiency, governance, enhancing employee experiences, and contributing to overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between IT technical resources and the HRS function to optimize the Payroll and Time and Attendance experience.
- Provide functional support for Honeywell Payroll and Time and Attendance systems.
- Collaborate with various functional areas to design and redesign processes, systems, and interactions through digital global solutions.
- Support data collection for roadmap prioritization and influence prioritization decisions.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements for digital solutions within SaaS systems, ensuring standardized functionalities across systems and countries.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Identify digital opportunities to enhance payroll input, including researching and evaluating new solutions in the external market.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with governance standards for Payroll and Time and Attendance requests.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and systems, ensuring adherence to standards (e.g., BRD, testing scenarios, intake process).
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve governance and artifacts for project/enhancement implementations (e.g., templates, MOS, guidelines).
You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Payroll, Time and Attendance, or as a project manager.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering HR projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent business analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with end-to-end process automation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
