Director of Product Marketing – Perception Point and Mail Security

Responsibilities include product messaging and positioning, launching new product and solutions, writing and developing whitepapers and collateral, presenting at key industry events, developing sales and partner enablement toolkits, developing GTM strategy and pricing, implementing sales incentives, training sales and partners, contributing articles, blogs and thought leadership pieces, and other product-related outbound marketing activities. The position requires the ability to develop strongly differentiated product, platform and solutions positioning and messaging.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Marketing or related roles

• At least 3-5 years experience with cloud and/or email security technologies - such as Email Security, Cloud Security and related technologies such as CNAPP, WAF, Cloud NGFW preferred.

• Be results driven and have the ability to manage projects horizontally throughout the organization.

• Demonstrates creative energy and strong problem solving skills

• Excellent verbal communication and writing proficiency

• The ability to conceive, initiate, develop and sell new ideas in a team environment

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to credibly engage with technical and sales communities

• Strong internal/external presentation skills with energetic presence

• Must be driven, self-starter who is willing to roll-up sleeves to explore possibilities and execute effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Technical field is required, MBA preferred

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $161,800 - $209,300 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
