Designation – Engineer - Pavement
- Should have an experience of more than 6 yrs. in pavement design, pavement management and construction specifications.
- Out of which 1 to 2yrs. of minimum experience in airfield pavement design and airport projects.
- Knowledge of IRC, AASHTO, ICAO and FAA Standards
- Should be able to check, review and optimize the pavement design
- Should have knowledge of pavement construction and buildability challenges
- Should be aware of the airport’s landside and airside components.
- Should have high level knowledge related to geometry and grading requirements.
- Should be able to review and coordinate between pavement and geometry works.
- Should have working knowledge of software like BAKFAA, Faarfield, AutoCad and Civil 3D.
- Should be able to perform pavement design and evaluation for roads, industrial parks, and airports.
- Should be capable enough to understand the project requirement and work independently with minimum guidance from Project Manager and ensure quality in work.
- In the role of Sr. Engineer will be responsible to lead the technical team of 2 to 3 engineers to deliver the project.
- Should be able to check the work of less experience engineer and guide and mentor them as required.
- Should have good communication and coordination skills to communicate and coordinate between multiple disciplines and offices.
