Minimum Qualifications
  • Approximately 10 years + of proven experience working with channel and/or enterprise sales organizations of which 5+years includes sales management / leadership.
  • Demonstrate a passion, energy and focus on developing and growing a $1B+ business.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing executive leadership relationships resulting in growth oriented outcomes.
  • You empower others to learn, to be curious and ultimately, share your passion for the Apple story all while doing their best work. Through your confidence you can articulate with a clear ability to influence others; ability to learn quickly, navigate adversity, and meet the need of Apple employees, partners and our mutual customers.
  • Ability to facilitate collaboratively in cross-functional decision-making and swiftly move ideas to execution
  • Strategic problem solver who demonstrates data and industry insights to inform vision and executable plans to be delivered through a sales organization.
  • Understanding of the Enterprise end customer landscape.
  • Deep knowledge in the adoption of Apple in Enterprise and how this translates to the skills and knowledge required by our Reseller Channel
  • Proven expertise growing channel enterprise sales across commercial segments
  • Successful working both independently and as a sales leader with ability to bring to bear and activate cross-functional teams
  • Stay abreast of market trends, partners' platform capabilities and strategic plans for new partnership opportunities
  • Consistently display the highest level of ethics, values, and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
  • You have consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions and developing channel growth strategies for enterprise customers.
  • You have built, managed and developed capability and skills within a channel sales teams focused on delivering technology solutions through channels to enterprise customers.
  • In your experience, you've balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for customers and partners, and demand for the future.
  • You have developed and nurtured high level channel partner relationships with win- win outcomes.
  • You are a self starter with a proven track record of delivering high impact results.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $159,500 and $239,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
