  • Approximately 10 years + of proven experience working with channel and/or enterprise sales organizations of which 5+years includes sales management / leadership.
  • Demonstrate a passion, energy and focus on developing and growing a $1B+ business.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing executive leadership relationships resulting in growth oriented outcomes.

  • Ability to facilitate collaboratively in cross-functional decision-making and swiftly move ideas to execution
  • Strategic problem solver who demonstrates data and industry insights to inform vision and executable plans to be delivered through a sales organization.
  • Understanding of the Enterprise end customer landscape.
  • Deep knowledge in the adoption of Apple in Enterprise and how this translates to the skills and knowledge required by our Reseller Channel
  • Proven expertise growing channel enterprise sales across commercial segments
  • Successful working both independently and as a sales leader with ability to bring to bear and activate cross-functional teams
  • Stay abreast of market trends, partners' platform capabilities and strategic plans for new partnership opportunities
  • Consistently display the highest level of ethics, values, and integrity
  • You have consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions and developing channel growth strategies for enterprise customers.
  • You have built, managed and developed capability and skills within a channel sales teams focused on delivering technology solutions through channels to enterprise customers.
  • In your experience, you've balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for customers and partners, and demand for the future.
  • You have developed and nurtured high level channel partner relationships with win- win outcomes.
  • You are a self starter with a proven track record of delivering high impact results.
