Your key responsibilities
- Comprehensive Mobility Tax Support:Deliver end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions focused on employee mobility, supporting HR, payroll, and other teams throughout the assignment lifecycle to enhance talent mobility in a cost-effective manner.
- Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation:Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers, provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work, and contribute to global workforce planning through innovative mobility solutions.
- Tax Reporting & Compliance Expertise

- Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
- Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
- Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
