Reporting to thetherole will be responsible for pAdvise and coach the GM and their team on matters related to talent management, including skills requirements, workforce planning, business selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, etc.Partner with COEs and HR GBS to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions, e.g., workforce and succession planning, development, reward and recognition, etc.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Collaborate with business units to strategize and implement HR initiatives focused on organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, and succession planning to align with business objectives.

  • Drive effective employee communication strategies, utilizing various channels such as newsletters, town halls, and presentations to ensure clarity around HR initiatives and company goals.

  • Manage complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough investigations and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures while fostering positive workplace relationships.

  • Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives by implementing hiring practices and compensation reviews that promote an inclusive workplace atmosphere.

  • Analyze trends and metrics, such as exit interviews, to develop targeted solutions for talent retention and enhance overall workforce planning and development strategies.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR across all primary functions within a Global organization

  • Experience on Workday system and Microsoft excel.

  • Self-starter with strong accountability for results, possessing a solid understanding of Organization Development, Change Management, and HR practices, complemented by excellent business acumen and project management skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building rapport with senior management and effectively engaging with all organizational levels, along with strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills.
