Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve engineering targets that enable overall business goals and objectives.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between sites and functions, including engineering, advanced manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, sourcing, quality, regulatory functions as well as product management, service operations and business leadership.
Product Design & Development:
- Oversee the design and development of X-Ray Generating Components, ensuring products meet quality, performance, and cost targets.
- Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps and timelines.
- Drive innovation in product design and process / test development processes.
Manufacturing Process & Test Development:
- Guide the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of test procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
Continuous Improvement:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and cost reductions.
- Implement best practices in engineering and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field); Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on product design and manufacturing process development.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and collaborating across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of X-Ray Generating Components and related technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and grow teams.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, especially demonstrated ability in systematic problem solving of complex and Complicated problems.
- Demonstrated experience in implementation of process sensitive manufacturing for the production of high-performance X-ray Generation Components or similar / related devices.

- Strong technical background in X-Ray Generating Components, including X-Ray Tubes and Generators, and related manufacturing processes.
