Key responsibilities include:
Serving as a strategic advisor to business and technology leaders, leveraging financial insights to influence actions and outcomes.
Driving cross-functional projects with partners to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Conducting scenario analysis to build compelling narratives that contextualize financial outcomes within business priorities
Developing and managing the annual operating plan for stakeholders
Roles require strong leadership, communication, problem solving, strategic thinking, and influencing competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis
At least 5 years of experience with financial modeling
At least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
At least 1 year of experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
At least 1 year of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
At least 5 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
At least 2 years of people management experience
At least 1 year of people management experience managing both direct and indirect reports
At least 3 years of experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
