ABOUT THE ROLE

The FCS will serve as the primary clinical point of contact for IC accounts in the region, ensuring high-quality clinical education, product training, and case support while identifying clinical opportunities that align with the organization's commercial goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Contributes to the development of annual strategic plans through detailed clinical insights and field intelligence for accounts within the assigned geography.
  • Supports sales managers in identifying unmet clinical needs and aligning therapy strategies accordingly.
  • Delivers education and training for external stakeholders and internal colleagues to elevate clinical practice standards.
  • Provides ongoing case support in interventional cardiology procedures, focusing on IVUS and plaque modification.
  • Participates actively in congresses, symposia, and customer-facing educational events.
  • Identifies and follows up on new therapy opportunities and procedural adoption across the extended region.
  • Coordinates product evaluations and supports clinical trials or post-market surveillance where required.

Required qualifications:
  • University degree
  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in Medical Devices or Medical Technology.
  • Comfortable working in an acute intervention setting and supporting relevant procedures.
  • Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the southeast region.
  • Fluent in English.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Understanding of hospital ecosystems and demand generation.
  • Experience with interventional cardiology, percutaneous coronary intervention, or related therapies.
