Asa Test Fixture Design & Build Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play acritical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products andsolutions in the Smart Energy industry. You will be responsible for designingand building test fixtures for various testing purposes, including functionaltesting, environmental testing, and reliability testing. Your technicalexpertise in fixture design and build will be instrumental in deliveringhigh-quality products to our customers.

You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager and you’ll work out ofour Raleigh, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule.

• In this role, you will impact the development and deployment of cutting-edge technologies that optimize and protect critical resources for utilities.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understandtesting requirements
• Design and build test fixtures forfunctional testing, environmental testing, and reliability testing
• Maintain and calibrate test fixtures, as well as resolving any issues that arise during testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with testfixtures
• Document test fixture designs and build processes

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 2+ years of experience in test fixturedesign and build
• Strong knowledge of fixture design principles and best practices
• Experience with CAD software for fixture design
• Hands-on experience in building and assembling test fixtures

• Experiencein designing and building test fixtures for environmental testing andreliability testing
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and standards
• Familiarity with test automation tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
