Gathering athlete and consumer insights to define a product strategy that serves elite athletes, as well as consumers
Analyzing current business across promo and retail, then creating strategy for and successful implementation of the lineplan

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business or an equivalent to
2 additional years' relevant work experience or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in product-related roles
Deep knowledge and understanding of athletes, marketplace, and consumer landscape.
Expert Product Management and Merchandising skills and expert understanding of the product process
