• Leading a cross-functional team by setting clear priorities and expectations, while fostering collaboration
• Aligning merchandising, brand marketing, sports marketing, design, tech development, operations, and Product Creation Center partners to lead creating and delivering, in full and on-time, one of our most high-profile apparel product lines at the company
• Positively influencing internal and external partners, including tracking progress of and gaining asset approval on-time

Product Strategy & Business Insight

• Gathering athlete and consumer insights to define a product strategy that serves elite athletes, as well as consumers
• Analyzing current business across promo and retail, then creating strategy for and successful implementation of the lineplan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business or an equivalent to
• 2 additional years' relevant work experience or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in product-related roles
• Deep knowledge and understanding of athletes, marketplace, and consumer landscape.
• Expert Product Management and Merchandising skills and expert understanding of the product process
