Experience
- Experience in obsolescence management, Component Engineering, Engineering Change management, Inventory Management, planning, change control and/or manufacturing.
- Hands on experience on semiconductor equipment
- familiar with the parts used on semiconductor equipment, understand the basic functions of the parts.
- Strong engineering mindset, be able to interpret the data collected by engineering team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage a cross-functional team and communicate with various stakeholders across the company;
- Able to solve complicate problems in a short time;
- Able to define the strategy and align that within the organization.
- Will function as a TPM, to manage the qualification project.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge and experience in life cycle analysis, Product ChangeNotification,Component Obsolescence management, supply chain management
- Problem Solving & Decision Making - Proactively identify problems & drive solutions, make decisions which are based on the values and principles of the organization
- Experience in project management/program management
- Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure
- Skills to Influence and drive decisions across cross functional groups
- Root Cause Analysis and corrective Actions, FMEA
- Experience in working with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word
- Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- •Knowledge of component engineering tools such as Silicon Experts, IHS 4D Caps Online, IHS 4D CAPS etc
- • Knowledge of SAP or any ERP or PLM tools
- • Strong background in electrical components
