Experience
- Experience in Technical program management, Product Management or Product development, Obsolescence management, Component engineering, Engineering change management or Supply Chain management.
- Hands on experience on semiconductor equipment.
- Familiar with the parts used on semiconductor equipment, understand the basic functions of the parts.
- Experience with technology development or solving technical problems at customer sites.
- Experience with managing a cross-functional team and communicating with various stakeholders across the company;
Requirements
- Able to understand business requirements, define the strategy and align the technical roadmap within the organization.
- Strong engineering mindset, be able to interpret the data collected by engineering team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage different stakeholders and provide updates to management team.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making - Proactively identify problems & drive solutions, make decisions which are based on the values and principles of the organization.
- Skills to Influence and drive decisions across multi-functional groups.
- Advise and carry out risk assessment and mitigation plans when needed.
- Keep the project well organized and documented in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in working with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word
- Knowledge of component engineering tools such as Silicon Experts, IHS 4D Caps Online, IHS 4D CAPS etc is nice to have.
- Knowledge of SAP or any ERP or PLM tools, BOM tool is nice to have.
- B.S/M.S degree in engineering field with > 3years industry experience.
