As an AIProduct Manager, you will work at the nexus of product and research.Your products are the language models that power Microsoft Copilot. You willbe responsible forbalancing product needs with research priorities, ensuring that Copilot's messages are high quality, factual and safe. You will alsobe responsible forprioritizing new features and research, working closely with AI researchers to build and execute project plans.looking for someone with an abundance of positive energy, empathy, and kindness, in addition to being highly effective.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary projects, defining requirements, developing project plans and working with multi-disciplinary teams to execute them.
• Experience in building ML-powered products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience shipping consumer-facing products. You’ve brought products to market, collected user feedback, defined success metrics and iteratively improved products.
• Technical depth in software development, data science and machine learning. While you are not expected to write code on the critical path, you’re able to build zero-to-one prototypes, reason over large amounts of data, and speak the language of the engineers and researchers you work with.
• Experience using and applying Large Language Models. LLMs will be your clay – you should know how to prompt engineer them, how to evaluate them, and understand they are tuned.
