Training starts July 8th

• Deliver exceptional verbal and writtencustomer support
• Efficiently coordinate towing services, bothin urgent and non-urgent situations
• Assess customer needs and proactively resolveroadside
• Determine the optimal course of action forvarious roadside events
• Effectively communicate owners' concerns tothe towing provider network, service center staff, and other relevant partiesfor issue resolution
• Accurately record issues and data intoCRM/Vehicle Support Systems

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with evidenceof exceptional ability
• Excellent customer service skills and ability toeffectively prioritize workload while consistently meeting deadlines
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions withattention to detail
• Flexible schedule; this team runs 24/7/365 to accommodateour customers’ needs
• Roadside dispatching or emergency call responseexperience is preferred
• Proficient with MS Windows, Office, Outlook, and abilityto effectively navigate web browsers and multiple internal systems
• Understanding of basic automotive techniques related totowing and service of vehicle systems
