Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Partners with senior leaders to develop clear, compelling messaging strategies that reflect the business vision, enhance leadership understanding, and drive product strategy
- Crafts compelling messages through written and visual storytelling
- Designs impactful slides and presentations to support executive narratives and speaking engagements
- Manages the development and distribution of internal communications, ensuring a consistent voice across all channels
- Partners with the communications team to improve awareness of strategic objectives and business priorities
- Supports quarterly planning execution, KPI development, and results reporting
- Prepares briefing materials, presentations, and talking points, assisting teammates with presentations and speaking engagements to ensure a consistent voice of the Global Customer Platform (GCP)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Expertise in authoring executive communications
- Expertise in PowerPoint and copywriting
- Experience with strategic planning and KPI development
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
