- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Portfolio Growth - Drive merchant revenue and value on Uber Eats through deepening our partnerships with them, leveraging UberEats tools such as marketing and product adoption, as well as new and innovative initiatives.
- Connect - Engage directly and through your team with local restaurants and influencers, and understand which brands are key for us to unlock. Staying informed on restaurant trends is key to success in this role.
- Influence - Work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, Operations and Analytics teams to improve the Restaurant partner's experience and achieve revenue targets.
- Strategize - Work with senior leadership across the Sales and Ops org to devise and execute on the overall strategy for retaining and growing our SMB restaurant partner base.
- Analyze & Experiment - Analyze the key metrics of our partners' business to understand the drivers of growth and expansion. Develop and speak to models that evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of various retention and growth initiatives programs and experiments.

- Develop standard work methods and frameworks for management of key accounts in the most effective way and looking expand volume and profitability of accounts

- - - - Basic Qualifications ----
- 4+ years of proven experience working as an Account Manager and leading directly Key Accounts or Third party relationships.
- Proven experience in Upselling, Achieving Targets and Negotiating Deals.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Google Sheets, Salesforce and Problem Solving.
- Multi-tasking and high tolerance to an ever changing environment.
- Eye for business and financial understanding of commercial business models.
- Demonstration of achievement in partner management and consistently exceeding critical metrics, revenue targets, and company goals.
- Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and efficiently champion customer needs.
- Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners

For Culver City, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$79,000 per year - USD$88,000 per year.
