Factory Order Management Specialist
You are responsible for:
- Pre-screening and analyzing orders
- Managing order returns, logging the errors
- Analyzing discrepancies between orders and catalogs
- Creating invoices and letting the orders to be shipped
- Cooperating with Sales and Production Planning
- this is a fixed term role for approx. 20 months
You're the right fit if:
- You have at least bachelor’s degree
- You have previous relevant experience in fields related to logistics or supply chain
- You have fluent level of English
- You have evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providers
- You can prioritize tasks and have attention to detail
