Philips Factory Order Management Specialist

You are responsible for:

• Pre-screening and analyzing orders
• Managing order returns, logging the errors
• Analyzing discrepancies between orders and catalogs
• Creating invoices and letting the orders to be shipped
• Cooperating with Sales and Production Planning
• this is a fixed term role for approx. 20 months

You're the right fit if:

• You have at least bachelor’s degree
• You have previous relevant experience in fields related to logistics or supply chain
• You have fluent level of English
• You have evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providers
• You can prioritize tasks and have attention to detail
