Customer Segmentation and Targeting
- Analyze customer data to identify segments and their unique characteristics.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies and promotions based on customer segments. Work with the marketing analytics team to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Customer Retention and Loyalty Programs
- Design and implement customer retention programs to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
- Develop loyalty initiatives, referral programs, and exclusive offers to reward and retain customers.
- Collaborate with customer support and product teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Marketing Campaigns and Collateral Development
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand for our products.
- Develop marketing collateral, including product guides, sales materials, and presentations.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content for various marketing channels.
Email and CRM Marketing
- Create and manage personalized email marketing campaigns to engage and re engage customers.
- Utilize the CRM system to track customer interactions and segment data effectively. Implement automation workflows to nurture leads and customers.
Customer Advocacy
- Identify and nurture brand advocates among the customer base.
- Encourage customer reviews, testimonials, and case studies to promote positive word of-mouth.
- Work with the content team to create customer-centric marketing collateral.
Channel Marketing
- Own the partner program, driving towards achieving overall business objectives.
- Drive demand generation activities through the use of Market Development Fund (MDF) with the channels, tracking the effectiveness or returns (ROMI).
- Work closely with sales on the on-boarding of a distributor/ partner to the business, monitoring and reporting their performance regularly.
- Initiate and manage the annual partner retiring and target setting exercise with sale.
- Manage compliance and legal requirements of the channel program, ensuring each distributor/ partner has a valid agreement in place.
- Manage and track ad-hoc programs/ promotions for distributor/ partner, including submitting program/ promotion for approvals.
- Organise annual partner conference for Asia Pacific and India channels.
Product Launch
- Work with Product Marketing Team to:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Create impactful messaging that resonates with the target audience and addresses their pain points.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell the products.
- Conduct product training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales and product management teams to align marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Data Analysis/ Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and also, channel performance. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management and country team, highlighting campaign success and channel performance, and areas for improvement and/ or opportunities.
Market Research and Intelligence
- Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for customer engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use market insights to identify opportunities and drive product improvements.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in channel marketing and/or customer marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific and India market and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and programs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess leadership skills to lead the team towards achieving overall business objectives.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
