• Creating and driving time-sensitive and vital employee relations strategiesacross BA
• Lead role managing LER aspects of repositioning and global footprint projects

• Negotiating labor contracts

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in a represented environment
• Global labor and employee relations experience
• Significant human resources experience
• Process orientation, including project management skills and ability to usedata
• Able to find the correct balance between demand and capacity whenestablishing priorities for the organization
• Strong communicator with ability to artfully convey even subtle or complexmessages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
• Experience with contract negotiations
• Experience with employee relations in a non-union environment
• Able to collaborate effectively and lead teams across organizations
