Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in AMR Labor Relations
  • Exceptional leadership and proven team-building skills, with experience managing lean yet high performing teams to deliver on goals
  • Proactive labor relations experience, including development of a labor engagement strategy and risk assessment framework
  • Experience in collective bargaining, grievance processes, contract administration, and labor and management relationships.
  • Experience in successfully navigating a highly matrixed organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Successfully led a labor/ employee relations function within a technology/ retail company of comparable scale and complexity preferred
  • JD education preferred
  • Superb communication skills, including effective listening, writing, and presentation.
  • Flexible attitude and approach with the ability to roll up sleeves.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions/recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions in complex and fast-paced environments
  • Low ego individual who is comfortable putting the needs of the business above their own
  • Able to be in the details as well as elevate to the strategic overview
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $249,800 and $400,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
