Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret forecasting processes to design optimized solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and model enhancements(e.g., connecting upstream/downstream calculators, streamlining code base).
• Collaborate with tech teams, functional partners, and internal stakeholders to align on business and technical requirements.
• Develop a scorecard of metrics to track success in a multi-dimensional way (e.g., time saved, data pipelines automated, control checks enabled).
• Articulateaproduct vision and strategy to guide development efforts.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for onboarding models ontocloud-based architecture (e.g., Databricks).
• Leverage JIRA and JIRA Align to align stories, epics, and initiatives to the product roadmap.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management with a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of Databricks architecture and Python coding.
• Experience in developing and executing forecasting models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop comprehensive product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Background in retail banking products.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and cloud solutions.
• Ability to effectively maximize delivery of business goals and returns on investment.
