In this role, you will:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Website/SharePoint sites, hubs, and subsites tailored to the needs of various departments, ensuring scalability, usability, and compliance with organizational standards.
Create visually appealing, intuitive site templates and page layouts using SharePoint’s design tools, as well as custom CSS and JavaScript enhancements where appropriate.
Collaborate closely with business units and leadership to analyze requirements, present prototypes, and iteratively refine solutions based on stakeholder input.
Champion user-centric design principles, conducting usability analysis and incorporating feedback to optimize navigation, accessibility, and overall site experience.
Monitor site performance, usage, and user feedback; implement improvements to ensure reliability, speed, and accessibility.
Establish best practices for content organization, metadata, retention policies, and search optimization, empowering teams to find and share information effectively.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategic Consulting and Communications
Desired Qualifications:
Certification in SharePoint (Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate or Expert) and/or Power Platform.
Experience implementing enterprise-level intranets, extranets, or digital workplaces.
Background in change management and user adoption strategies.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508) and inclusive design practices.
Experience developing custom web parts, SPFx solutions, and integrating third-party apps.
Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization within SharePoint environments.
