Scope of duties:

Employee Engagement Initiatives:

  • Plan and coordinate onsite and virtual events for employees, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Handle communication with employees regarding event schedules, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Gather feedback from employees to improve future planning and execution.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, managing logistics and event preparation.

Internal Communication Support

  • Support internal communication efforts, including creating newsletters, announcements,distribution listsor other communication materials to keep employees informed.

  • Create professional presentations for employee huddles, town halls, or other related events.

  • Track and analyze attendance, engagement levels, and feedback from events, generating insights to improve future event planning.

Site Administration

  • Oversee and coordinate reception team workflow, including managing visitors, deliveries, and general inquiries.

  • Assist with other site-related administrative duties as required.
