About the Role:
2 . Develop and maintain functional documentation, including business requirements, functional designs, and testing plans.
3 . Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
4 . Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and super-users.
5 . Provide ongoing support and maintenance for all FinTech Applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
6 . Stay up-to-date with new features and functionality in FinTech Applications and make recommendations for automation or implementation.
7 . Lead and participate in projects to implement new functionality, upgrades and patches.
9 . Work closely with Engineering Org to develop and test system extensions, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes and overall change management
10 . Ensure the FinTech Support’s SLAs are met
11 . Participate in the Product Development rollouts and enhancements

1 . Meet FinTech Support SLAs
3 . Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive cross-functional requirements for financial processes.
5 . Document business requirements, functional design, test scenarios, scripts, and training materials.
7 . Provide research, analysis, and problem resolution including creating and monitoring service requests with Oracle Support
11 . Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to understand different business processes and data flows and translate business needs into system requirements and functional specifications
13 . Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing and conduct end-user training
15 . Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- - - - Basic Qualifications ----
1 . You are a Techno-Functional Support Expert who has worked on various Oracle R12 On-Prem and Fusion applications such as Financials, P2P, B2B, RTR etc including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
2 . Experience in Procurement application Coupa and its integration with Oracle R12
3 . Experience in supporting Finance Org wide ERP products like but not limited to Certa, Blackline, Kyriba, Custom products etc.
5 . Experience in deploying financial application projects globally
6 . Strong understanding of Procure to Pay cycle, Accounting, Supply chain, and Compliance
7 . Good knowledge of PL/SQL, including review, debugging and SQL writing
8 . Experience in Change and Release management
2 . Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle R12 On-Prem and/or Fusion application support and /or other ERPs.
4 . Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 On-Prem and Fusion functional modules, including configuration and setup.
5 . Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
7 . Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including SaaS and PaaS.
8 . Oracle certification (desirable).
9 . Good knowledge of PL/SQL, including review, debugging and writing your own queries to analyze data to fix or define problems so that you run your own queries, analyze data to fix or define problems.
