Job ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Problem Solving* Lead complex technical problem resolution across multiple FP&A suite of products
* Serve as primary technical expert for critical customer issues
* Deconstruct complex problems into actionable solutions
* Work with development teams to build tools and dashboards that improve operational efficiency* Provide first-line customer support for FP&A suite of products
* Manage system support activities, including on-call rotation for critical systems
* Lead support retrospectives and author Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents
* Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and create end-user documentation
* Identify manual touch points and work with engineering team on the solution to automate repetitive tasks* Partner with finance, product, program, and engineering teams to define business requirements
* Lead escalation processes with development teams across Amazon
* Coordinate large-scale change requests
* Present technical recommendations to product & leadership* Guide and mentor junior support team members
* Drive operational excellence through systematic improvements
* Identify improvement opportunities through pattern analysis and work with product to re-engineer business processes.
* Partner with leaders on data-driven decision making
* Contribute to strategic technical discussions and priorities
* Be an active member in building a product launch plan and participate in product ops.

* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex projects with competing priorities
* Track record of customer-focused problem resolution
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
* 5+ years experience with IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics
* 5+ years of working experience in financial planning and reporting space
* 5+ years SQL experience for analysis and problem-solving
* 6+ years experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or data visualization (Quicksight, Apliqo, Tableau) specialist

* Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
* Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
* Experience with Massively Parallel Processing (MPP) databases (Redshift, Teradata)
* NoSQL database expertise
