About Your New Role
This full-time, permanent position is based in the bustling heart of Sydney. With a 37.5-hour workweek and flexible hybrid working arrangements, you'll have the perfect balance to thrive both professionally and personally.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM and Marketing Automation: You will lead the enhancement of our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation systems, with a focus on refining these platforms to better cater to our customers' needs and streamline operations for our team members. You'll craft compelling content, identify market segments and map out customer journeys that are data-informed and customer-centric.
- Brand and Customer Experience: You'll be the guardian of our clients’ brand, crafting customer journeys that authentically represent our clients’ values. You’ll lead the marketing and bookings team to provide services that truly connect with our customers and meet the aims of our programs.
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Working alongside program managers, you'll use data insights to inform and develop marketing strategies that align with our goals.
- People Leadership: You'll lead our team of marketing and booking coordinators, creating a culture where performance enhancement and professional development are prioritized.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: You'll ensure data integrity, analyse performance data, and generate insights to optimize program outcomes and efficiency. You'll also stay up to date with industry trends to foster continuous improvement.
About You
With at least five years of experience, you have honed your expertise in digital and direct marketing, with a special focus on the education and non-profit sectors. Your proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems, is not just essential; it's a cornerstone of your professional toolkit.
