What You'll Do:

1. Own the product vision and roadmap for building innovative solutions that power the experience for knowledge workers on the Uber platform.
2. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, product ops, and designers to define clear objectives and deliver results that exceed goals.
3. Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, global operations teams, and product leaders, to ensure that our products align with Uber’s broader business strategy and scale effectively worldwide.
4. Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement in the marketplace.
5. Define and prioritize key product initiatives that support the growth of Uber's knowledge work platform, from ideation to execution.

What You'll Need:

1. Thinking from first principles: You don't assume things or take the status quo for granted. You base your solutions on data, product instinct, curiosity and a hypothesis + experimentation driven approach.
2. Experience delivering highly successful and creative technology products/platform in marketplace space
3. Technically Proficient: You have a visceral sense of how technology at large is evolving and how it impacts our customer’s life. You have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built.
4. Thrive in an environment of fast feedback loops, constantly evolving customer preferences in a fast-moving industry with a mindset of rapid prototyping and iteration.
5. 4+ years of PM experience
6. Have a background in computer science or relevant technical discipline; MBA preferred, but not required for consideration
