Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure receipt of mandatory documents to begin the hiring process and respective contact with the new employee, receive mandatory personal documentation, in accordance with local laws. Follow with the respective registration in the systems and ensure the new employee’s contract is signed according to Law.
  • Ensure the signing of legal documents and company policies once the worker has been hired or anytime is needed for the updating of a labor document that requires a digital signature during the employee lifecycle.
  • Exit Management (administrate involuntary, voluntary, and retirement exits) ensures the related document kit for signing and ending the relationship according to Chilean Law.
  • Responsible for employment contracts, renewals, and annexes to the contract. Ensure the correct registration in the government system.
  • Ensure the execution of Document Management (filing of documents, contracts/letters, certificates, and others), and correct registration with the local government system.
  • Prepare the required documentation in case of demands, audits, or inspections (e.g Ministry of Labor and Employment, Internal audits) in order to comply with the legislation and company guidelines.
  • Maintain updated personnel file information and HR database within the employee lifecycle.
  • SAP update of medical licenses
  • Assist employees in legislation-related issues, as well as the company’s policies and procedures, and administrative requirements (work letters, embassy letters, etc) to provide proper guidance or solutions.
  • Manage all SAP actions movement to ensure that is up to date and accurate.
  • Support GBS HR operations as needed in order to accomplish the service level agreements.
