Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services tools, programmes and processes on a local and partially European and global level
Provide consultancy services and service excellence to the HR community regarding general and more complex issues
Handle standard & complex inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone (if required)
Timely execute assigned tasks and more complex issues according to defined processes, timetables and service levels in compliance with tariff and works agreements, e.g.
Perform within the HR Services team, mobility related topics on a regional or global level as well as supporting employees with their mobility benefits throughout the mobility package life cycle (Work permit, e.g.)
Create all kinds of HR documents along the employee life cycle such as employment contractual packages incl. mobility attachments, according to defined processes and standards
Perform bulk document creation and distribution processes
Maintain personnel and organizational data according to defined processes and standards
Ensure digitalization of documents and ensure a proper and accurate handled archiving of documents according to defined standards and processes
Oversee and execute transfer calculations and determination of appropriate mobility offers for international employees
Prepare offer packages for world-wide relocation and immigration support of new hires and transfers
Administrate the relocation, tax and immigration vendor authorization for EU and Non-EU employees
Administrate the invoicing, billing and recharging of costs for mobility benefits
Handle reporting according to relocation, tax and immigration data for national and international employee
Drive the continuous improvement of internal documentation incl. mapped processes and knowledge base articles and act as a reliable author of nominated articles
Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures
Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR
Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
Ability to work with high volume and transactional administration issues

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree
2-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within an international matrix organization
Excellent command of English
Strong experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR tools
Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Specialized skills in work area - Broad knowledge in functional area
