As a Content and Social Media Manager in our Marketing Team, you will lead the creation and management of content strategies that resonate with our target audiences. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for digital marketing trends.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand identity.
  • Manage the monthly social media calendar, incorporating new themes and ideas.
  • Explore new channels and tools to enhance engagement and efficiency.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across social media and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, optimizing strategies for better results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for improvement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in a social media marketing role, preferably in investment or financial services .
  • Proficiency with Sprinklr or similar social media management tools.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data to identify trends and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads.
  • Familiarity with Consumer Insights tools like Kantar’s TGI.
  • Passion for exploring the latest social media and digital trends.
