In this role, you will…
- Establish and implement the Clinical strategy including (but not limited to): customer education, Speaker development and management, Clincheck support, Clinical support, Align staff training and development, Clinical evidence and collaborative work with Universities
- Deliver operational objectives and work plans
- Establish and adhere to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
- Gain support for Clinical team and projects through SEA and APAC Clinical team
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness through all Clinical processes
- Oversee partnership of Clinical team with other functions to deliver on KPIs across Vietnam
- Implement training programs which are designed to improve Clinical knowledge of the internal stakeholders, such as Sales and Customer Support teams
- Oversee troubleshooting issues relating to all aspects of Invisalign treatments
- Ensure that all company and departmental procedures (clinical and general) are followed throughout the region
- Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required
- Lead and motivate Vietnam clinical team and be part of Vietnam Leadership team
- Take on other duties as assigned from time to time
In this role, you’ll need …
- Graduate of Doctorate of Dental Surgery, Bachelor Dental Surgery. Orthodontist with MBA preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of related work. Team management experience of which 3 years of experience is in a corporate environment
- Experience in training dentists/orthodontists
- Demonstrated success in a similar role that has consistently achieved measurable results
- Experience managing a rapidly growing organization
- Excel at building/maintaining relationships across disciplines internally and externally
- Highly organized with strong execution skills
- Results oriented with proven leadership experience
