Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Content Manager is responsible for creating, editing, distributing, and managing high-quality pharmaceutical promotional materials in line with company goals and regulatory standards. This position requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, the medical field, and the ability to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Content Creation, Management & Collaboration
- Collaborate to develop content guidelines for external partners to ensure consistency with marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with the Medical team and external scientific associations to gather accurate information and validate content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align promotional material with the overall marketing strategy.
- Establish and enforce a clear content management process using standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain effective communication channels with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely execution of projects.
Distribution Management
- Strategize, implement, and manage the distribution process; ensuring content reaches the intended audience through optimized channels.
- Evaluate and track content distribution and performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and manage external partners to ensure the quality and validity of content postings.
Regulatory Compliance Monitoring
- Being Content Monitor, ensure compliance with appropriate regulations and restrictions on vaccine-related content.
- Collaborate with legal and medical teams to verify the accuracy and regulatory compliance of all marketing materials.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Desired Experience/Education/Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory restrictions.
- Familiarity with SOPs and the ability to enforce them consistently.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in content management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical field.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical promotional guidelines and regulations.
- Proficient in content management systems and SEO best practices.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in content management or a related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical field is strongly preferred.
