The Program Management Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of acquisitions performance for Direct Mail, E-mail, Telesales and Retail channels.
Requires finding insight within the performance data leading to recommendations to adjust strategy.
Works collaboratively with Analytics teams to formulate conclusions and recommendations to leadership.
Assist with monthly acquisitions and marketing budget reconciliation against Plan targets.
Present performance metrics to senior leadership and broader acquisitions teams via daily/weekly scrums meetings.
Requires strong skillsets in Excel/Tableau, managing numerous spreadsheets, and attention to detail.
Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.

Risk & Control: Maker/Checker role on team to ensure campaigns are executed as planned to prevent errors prior to becoming customer facing; including and not limited to creative audits, approval to drop online application validation prior to each campaign, responses to MCA and internal audit on campaign execution/samples, etc. and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
