Your challenge
You will be the one creating successful sell out activities, through the development and implementation of trade marketing tools, in store and out of store, in order to maintain and increase the sales and become the preferred partner for growth.
Your responsibilities
Building account/channel expertise based on the knowledge on shopper insights, market data and best practices, stock & sell-out data from retailers and identifying the biggest growth opportunities;
Leading the creation of trade activation plan (LSAP) (channel strategy) for key categories in a channel under responsibility taking into account channel specifics and tailor made approach covering all 4 Ps - assortment, price, promotion, presentation and communication (in-out of store)
Develops and executes Channel/Account specific promotional activity, joint advertising and branding opportunities
Constantly monitoring Philips in-store position (in-store excellence) online and offline, setting improvement targets in each trade area and driving actions to close gaps;
Understanding the growth pillars for category and channel, prioritizing key growth drivers, key category segments, shopper target groups, shopper triggers and barriers in order to come up with per channel strategy and recommendations of category activation.
Leading and executing tactical promotions in account under responsibility;
Cooperating with BTL agencies to provide efficient and cost effective promotional and brand visibility campaigns;
Evaluating all trade activities and events in order to optimize the investment and achieve best ROI.
Communicating trade activities to field force and creating merchandising guidelines and tools to support in store excellence;
Partnering and supporting Key Account Managers in selling the concept of activities to retailers via trade argumentation (how Philips activation is growing category) and on-going contact with buyers;
Coordinating in due time implementation of national campaigns rolling execution in the account/channel, looking on optimized usage of sell-out tools;
Monitoring and evaluating of all projects showing the impact to sales results.
Prepares reports tracking sales evolution and market trends, addressing observations for improvements
Works closely with Channel/ Account manager on defining account strategic plans, preparing account business analysis
Prepares, maintains and track business performance, YTD, ITM, AOP & RoFo
Hero products, tracking and report updates
Monitor and give Sales Fundamentals KPI – SFA (product availability, in-store promotions)
Gains cross functions alignment on business initiatives, growth plans and heroes plans
Completes channel/trade/account analysis and defines opportunity to grow
Evaluates business cases submitted by Trade Marketing/Account Manager and replies to the request facilitating implementation
Coordinates reporting and post campaign evaluation working with SFA, sell-out & sell-in data, market estimation (market value, market share), stock reports
Leads business initiatives driving results optimization
We are looking for
1+ years experience in a commercial or trade marketing position, ideally in FMCG / Retail industry
Excellent Excel & PowerPoint knowledge is a must with strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate and extract data.
Technical skills in managing large data and designing different type of reports
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business reports and to effectively present information to key stakeholders
Knowledge and experience of Trade Marketing disciplines and development of promotional merchandise and POS materials
Ability to build relationships with customers and to fully understand the market and implement trade marketing solutions
Great communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
